San Mateo Yoloxochitlan – Washed

San Mateo Yoloxochitlan is a town and municipality in the state of Oaxaca, in the Cañada region of Mexico. This lot (#1) is made up of coffees from 35 smallholder households within the community’s working group, in collaboration with Terra Coffeas Mexico.

This coffee’s got us seeing and tasting orange, along with chewy layers of dessert-y confection and comfort. It’s such a wonderful washed coffee, and one we think will be a new favorite whether you like the more classic cup profiles, or the juicy-fruity ones. Or both, like us!

12 ounces of whole seed coffee. If you do need your coffee ground, we are happy to do so. Just leave us a message in the comments at checkout.

Orders are roasted on Wednesday and shipped on Friday. Please get your orders in by Tuesday night to ensure for same week shipping and delivery.
